First Birthday // Buffalo Plaid & Camping Theme

I know that everyone says this, but I just can't believe my buddy is ONE! We got off to a rough start with our guy, but it was so perfect to celebrate his birthday and how far he has come. I decided on a buffalo plaid/camping theme for the party. You can find my inspiration for the party here, along with some ideas I used for Emma's second birthday puppy paw-ty!

Henry has a limited diet while we are trialing new foods for him, but my momma heart had to make him a special birthday dessert. You can find the three ingredient vegan "ice cream" here! It's something I used to eat while I was nursing him on the elimination diet and it is pretty good!

Henry Vern is so loved and we feel incredibly blessed by our family and friends who supported us this year. This day was so full of joy looking back at all this year held and everything that is in store for Henry's future!
